The ‘Ga’ in Kulgana stands for ‘Gastronomy’ and is one of the fundamental pillars on which we rely to plan our travel itineraries. At Kulgana, we aim to offer an authentic gastronomical experience that is adapted and customized to your needs and preferences. Keeping this in mind, we require your dietary information which will be then passed on to our team who will get in touch with our partners to ensure everything is prepared as per your liking.

We need to obtain health information relevant to your planned travel and travel insurances held to ensure your personal health and safety. We may also request your COVID-19 vaccination status, date and type, which may determine your access to services and experiences based on local law and help us plan your trip better.

We request your flight information in order to provide you with any necessary airport pick-up or drop-off transfers and/or to ensure a smooth arrival and departure in/from the country. We also request passport information as required by our local service providers.

Depending on your travel itinerary, we may ask for your local driving licence issued by your country of residence along with an international driving permit valid for the countries and duration of your travel.
